Andy has been providing us with unparalleled and consistently high levels of IT support for over 5 years. Our business initially was working with a couple of laptops and Andy came along and brought us into the next century with high quality servers and PC’s.
Andy’s constant attention to our IT infrastructure has meant we have had very little down time and his consistent IT management and maintenance program means our employees are not waiting for things to switch on or work.
On the occasions we have had serious IT problems Andy and his team have been on-site often within the hour but certainly in-line with our support contract and remedial action is swift and precise meaning we are back in business in the quickest time possible.
Our recent server upgrade was performed over the weekend and we left on Friday with an aging server and operating system and returned Monday with a brand spanking new Dell server with virtually no issues that day – to me this is a credit to Andy’s technical capabilities and a solid understanding of our business needs.

Since 2008 Andy and his support company have been providing my business with our IT support. We don’t have a clue about computers, servers and email – in fact it drove me mad so to have someone like Andy who can talk to me at a level I can understand is a godsend because it makes it easy for me and that’s exactly what I need.
Their support contract is just what I need. On the occasions when I have had a problem, and it must be said its more me than the computer, I just call Andy and he either talks me through it, connects remotely or he call’s in, often the same day or no later than the following morning.
All I know is that my computers switch on first time every time, we can print and send email, how that happens I have no idea I just know that Andy holds it together us.
