Experts’ – it doesn’t mean we can’t learn something new – in-fact I get great pleasure in watching other people work as I sometime see people doing things much quicker and more effectively than how I do it and that’s learning.

We like to empower our customers and spread the knowledge – Our web support portal has a Knowledge base section – HERE – and in this section you will find a whole range of documents to help with specific problems you may be having – some you may understand some you may not – but they are there, and we are always happy to explain what we are doing in plain talking English so that next time if the same thing happens – you can help yourself to solve the issue.
