Everything from; email, internet surfing, social media, virus protection, malware / spyware protection, cloud services such as DropBox, iCloud and so many other things that you just do not realise rely on an internet broadband connection.

Unfortunately the quality and speed of these services vary so much from one provider to another and while we can guarantee that we will provide un-biased truthful advice about what you can expect from our broadband package.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP?

Keen IT Support can supply a range of business Broadband connections – we are known as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) and offer a range of Broadband Products based on speed of connection (Download and Upload) and required usage – so we have an ADSL lite package for limited use (Speed and Monthly usage) or an ADSL Premium package with up to 100+mb download and up to 10mb upload speeds with multiple fixed IP addresses and unlimited monthly usage.

In addition we only request 1 months-notice of termination – so if you are not happy with our service then you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are not tied in to any lengthy contracts.

Any supplied hardware includes free set-up, so if you purchase a Modem Router or any broadband related hardware such as a router or a switch - then we will be happy to come to your offices and set this up for you.
